OnMetrica–Don’t Face Down on the Steps of Burnout When Mental Calibration Is Ignored

The Tentwo Methodology: We have developed a simple, easy-to-use metric system designed to measure, calibrate, and anticipate a desirable mental and emotional state. It emphasizes key elements such as emotional responsibility, mental equilibrium, and other critical psychological factors relevant to today’s challenges. By engaging the patient with a calibrated framework from the outset, this method facilitates the development of psychological momentum and helps avoid common therapeutic pitfalls that may prolong treatment without producing clear, measurable outcomes.

Vision & Purpose

To build a mentally balanced world where individuals can take charge of their emotional well-being through measurable, personalized, and transformative support—enabled by AI and grounded in the Tentwo Methodology.

We exist to close the critical gap in mental health care by transforming how emotional states are assessed, understood, and improved. At the core of our platform is the Tentwo Methodology—a data-driven, evidence-based framework developed and tested over two years to calibrate emotional balance and foster mental responsibility. Unlike formulaic tools, our SaaS solution empowers users and clinicians with actionable insights, structured progress pathways, and a scalable system for measurable emotional transformation. We are redefining mental wellness with technology that is intelligent, ethical, and human-centered.

The Problem We’re Solving

Mental health challenges are escalating both in the United States and globally. In 2022, approximately 55.8 million U.S. adults—about 21.8% of the population—received counseling or mental health treatment (treatmyocd.com). Globally, nearly 1 billion people are living with a mental disorder (WHO). Yet despite growing awareness and digital adoption, meaningful improvement in psychological well-being remains limited. Why aren’t we feeling better?

The core issue lies not just in access, but in the depth and structure of digital support. Many mental health SaaS platforms prioritize scale over substance—offering generalized content, superficial symptom tracking, or chatbot-led conversations that lack empathy, adaptability, and clinical insight. They rarely measure therapeutic outcomes, often operate in isolation from licensed professionals, and lack the personalization necessary for lasting emotional change. Furthermore, many fall short in safeguarding user data or aligning with evidence-based therapeutic standards.

Our framework addresses these limitations. By integrating a rigorously tested methodology, our platform will enable volumetric assessment and emotional state awareness—even for users without developed self-observation skills. It empowers individuals to construct a personalized psychological framework and, more importantly, to take responsibility for sustaining and refining it over time.

Our Approach / Methodology

Methodology: A straightforward and user-friendly metric system designed to assess, calibrate, and proactively shape an optimal mental and emotional state. This system emphasizes components, and other critical factors relevant in today’s mental health landscape. By introducing a calibrated framework at the outset of therapy, this approach fosters psychological momentum and helps direct the patient’s focus effectively—minimizing the risk of prolonged treatment durations that lack clear, measurable progress.

“We created this framework to bridge the gap between mental responsibility and sustainable emotional stability—empowering individuals to navigate personal, social, and professional life with greater awareness and resilience.”
Myk Veret, Founder of Veret Company

Implementation Results

The method generates Psychological Momentum and integrates the framework (MCER) within the first interaction, providing users (patients) with a sense of clarity and understanding of their patterns. This framework involves the use of a method to establish a solid foundation, creating a stable system that enables the achievement of emotional stability and mental responsibility for one’s condition, thereby fundamentally reshaping and improving the therapeutic process and quality of life.

Return of Mental Responsibility (RoMR)
80 percent of RoMR: Address common misconceptions or barriers that may hinder mental responsibility, self-awareness, maintaining a positive mindset, and responsibility for their mental well-being.

Recalibration of Emotional Range (RoER)
90 percent of RoER: Understanding and managing emotional boundaries, self-regulation, and calibration.

Breaking Spiral of Destructive Events (BSoDE)
75 percent of BSoDE: Liberation from the twisting spiral of destructive events caused by behavioral patterns and emotional instability.

Closing the Mental Health Gap: Evaluating Artificial vs. Traditional Approaches in a SaaS Solution Powered by the Tentwo Methodology

The mental health crisis in the United States continues to deepen, exposing systemic shortages and inefficiencies in traditional care models. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, more than 160 million Americans live in areas designated as Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) [1]. Meanwhile, the American Psychological Association reported a >25% surge in demand for mental health services between 2020 and 2023, while the provider workforce has not increased proportionately [2]. In this landscape, innovation is not optional—it is urgent.

Yet despite the escalating need, many Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for mental and emotional health remain formulaic—often limited to scheduling tools, chatbots, or mindfulness content libraries. While helpful, these tools rarely provide structured, measurable methods for transforming emotional states or accelerating therapeutic outcomes.
